Paleo Fudge Bites

I came across this recipe while looking around for healthy alternatives to processed treats and decided to make them. They are incredible….I’m sure I’ll eat too many!! :-)
The recipe is quite easy to make, takes about 10 to 15 minutes tops.

1/2 c. coconut oil
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. almond butter
1/4 c. raw honey or agave nectar
1/2 t. vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients in food processor (I used my Ninja) until smooth, spoon or pour into cupcake pan lined with paper or foil cups (I used the miniatures). Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes plus, or the freezer for 10 (if you can’t wait). LOL Store in sealed container, in the fridge.

Would maple syrup work instead of honey?

I’m sure maple syrup would work but it would definitely affect the taste….that could be a good thing if that’s what you’re going for! :-)
