Rich Chocolate Protein Mug Brownie

Here’s another recipe for anyone looking for a “body building” tasty treat!

INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop of chocolate casein protein powder
1 egg white
1 T. coconut flour
1 T. baking cocoa
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 c. water or milk of choice (dairy, almond, soy, coconut)

TOPPINGS:
1 T. Natural Peanut Butter or PB2
A few dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all brownie ingredients in a bowl until it’s thick and well stirred. Spray a mug with nonstick spray. Add brownie mixture to mug then cover with wax paper and microwave for 30 to 60 seconds. Plop into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!

CALORIES:
I don’t have an exact calorie count on this recipe but I estimate anywhere from 180 calories, using water to 230 calories using whole milk.
